"Workin' Day and Night" is a song by Michael Jackson released as the third track from the Off the Wall album and also later as a B-side to the "Rock with You" single. It was recorded in April 1979, 4 months before the album was released.
The song's demo was released on the Off the Wall: Special Edition reissue in 2001.

Michael first performed the song with his brothers from the Jacksons throughout the Triumph Tour and Victory Tour and solo during the Bad World Tour and the Dangerous World Tour.
For the Dangerous World Tour, it was present throughout the 1992 leg of the tour. It was taken off of the setlist in the following year, however.
