Background[]
"Work That Body" was co-written and produced with Bryan Loren and recorded between 1989-1990 for Dangerous, although it didn't make the cut. The song interpolates lyrics from "ABC" by The Jackson 5 for its bridge.[1] A longer version of "Work That Body", which has yet to see the light of day, exists, the runtime of it being 7:04.[2] This incarnation features an extended instrumental outro.[3]
On December 4, 2024, numerous tapes were found in an abandoned storage unit. Two of them features "Work That Body" alongside other songs (both date back to October 4, 1989 and April 10, 1990).[4]
