"Where Is Love?" is an unreleased cover of a song featured in the 1968 movie "Oliver!" (featured in the British musical of the same name) written and produced by American singer-songwriter Michael Jackson. It's unknown what project it was intended for.

The cover was mentioned during an early 1979 interview with the Smash Hits Magazine. Michael's apparently being quoted here, so it's unknown if he truly recorded it, but if so, then it was very likely during the Off the Wall sessions.
