Background[]

"Starlight Sun" is a rough instrumental made in 1985 for the Captain EO movie, it ultimately didn't make the cut. Michael provides a few backing vocals throughout the track but no leads. Brad Sundberg and John Barnes confirmed the recording was only a groove that didn't progress any further.
