Background[]
This track, along with "Bio", is one of the earliest known songs recorded for Invincible. It was made with Sidney Fine and vocals were recorded by Jackson in December 1997, who suggested adding strings to the track. Thus, a rough mix tape with strings was created on December 12 of that year. It delves into classical music, a genre Jackson was secretly in love with since forever, and wanted to explore more in years before his death. On May 28, 1999, a small event was held at the Ventura Club in Sherman Oaks, California, where the song would be showcased, described as "a song of the deaf".[1] A tape that was auctioned at Juliens Auctions dates back to December 10, 1997.
