"Make a Wish" is an unreleased song written and produced by American singer-songwriter Michael Jackson intended to be featured in Steven Spielberg's Peter Pan musical.

Background[]

Michael wrote "Make a Wish" with Buz Kohan in April 1983 for it to be featured in a Peter Pan musical, directed by Steven Spielberg. According to Kohan, Jackson did record a full demo of the song.

Trivia[]

  • When asked about it during the 1993 deposition in Mexico, Michael himself couldn't recall the track.[2]
  • This is one of four tracks that Michael made for the Peter Pan musical, the others being "Neverland Landing", "Peter Pan", and "Happy Song".
