"Lonely Bird" is a unreleased song by Michael Jackson intended for an unknown project and later the scrapped eleventh studio album.

Background[]

"Lonely Bird" was first acknowledged by Jackson during the Mexico deposition in November 1993. He confirmed that he solely wrote it.^[1] It later became a contender for Jackson's never-finished eleventh studio album, as seen in a list of notes he wanted to finish at the time.
