"I Love You" is an unreleased song by Michael Jackson intended for the scrapped eleventh studio album.
Background[]
The track was originally written and recorded by Michael's nephew, Taryll Jackson, between 1998 and 2002 being initially conceived for 3T's unreleased, late 1990s album (often dubbed The Lost Album). Michael loved the song, so much so to the point where he actually recorded his own version down the line, as confirmed by Taryll himself during the 101st episode of MJCast.[1] Unfortunately, according to Damien Shields, "he died before he got around to it."[2] Among other titles, it became a contender for Jackson's never-finished eleventh studio album.
