"Heal the World" is a song by Michael Jackson released as the seventh track from the Dangerous album. It was released as a single on November 23, 1992, serving as the sixth single from the album.
Similarly to "We Are the World" or "Man in the Mirror", "Heal the World" features humanitarian themes and saving the planet.
Music video[]
A clip for the song was directed by Joe Pytka and released in November 1992. Jackson isn't featured in it, rather it's a compilation made of footage of children living in countries suffering from unrest, especially Burundi.
A second music video was released in 2020 following the COVID-19 outbreak.
