"Deep in the Night" is an unreleased song by Michael Jackson intended for the Dangerous album, and the scrapped eleventh studio album. ( listen)
Background[]
"Deep in the Night" was recorded in July 1990 for the Dangerous album, although didn't make the final cut. It was one of the songs made with Bryan Loren. It's unknown if Jackson ever recorded his vocals and what is known to exist is an instrumental with backing vocals on the chorus.
According to fan and researcher, Damien Shields, "Deep in the Night" was in consideration for Jackson's eleventh studio album, as it was discovered in his "to-do" song lists found in his Los Angeles house after his passing.[1]
A low-quality recording of the song from Brad Sundberg's seminars leaked on October 15, 2018. On January 27, 2023, the same version was leaked in HQ after Brad's laptop was stolen.
