"D.N.A" was recorded in 1994 at the Hit Factory and was mixed by Bruce Swedien, with the tape dating back to August 11 of that year. The master tape was formerly auctioned on gottahaverockandroll.com until it was eventually taken down by the Michael Jackson Estate.[1]
