"Bubbles" is an unreleased song written by Michael Jackson intended for the Dangerous album.
Background[]
"Bubbles" was produced by Bryan Loren and recorded during sessions for the Dangerous album between 1989-1990. The title was included on the insert of a DAT featuring an early configuration of the album, which was found during the Brad Sundberg laptop theft. However, no information was given on the track. Judging by it's title, it could've been written about Jackson's chimpanzee of the same name.
In 2024, the song's known to be on Sundberg's second laptop, due to Sundberg accidentally revealing the track to be on his computer. On December 5 of the same year, numerous tapes were found in an abandoned storage unit. Two of them feature "Bubbles" among other songs (with both dating back to October 4, 1989 and April 10, 1990).[1]
