William A. Bottrell (born October 27, 1952) is an American record producer, musician, audio engineer, and songwriter. He has collaborated with Michael Jackson, Madonna, The Electric Light Orchestra, and Sheryl Crow.

Bill worked with Michael on the albums Bad and Dangerous as a session musician, producer, engineer, mixer, and co-songwriter. His most notable contribution was performing the rap verse for "Black or White" (which he did under the alias "L.T.B.").
