"A Baby Smiles" (also known as "Baby Smiles") is an unreleased song written and produced by American singer-songwriter Michael Jackson, intended for the Off the Wall album.

"A Baby Smiles" was recorded in 1979 for Off the Wall, although it failed to make the final cut. Jackson publicly acknowledged the track during the Mexico deposition in November 1993.[1]
In the deposition, he confirmed that he wrote it by himself, and that an alternate title to the song is "Baby Smiles".[1] A lyric sheet was later sold along with other Jackson memorabilia in 2006.
